This type of review is generalised and used to guide the client into areas that may need attention or improvement.
- Work Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems compliance audits: A comprehensive audit of the system to determine a level of conformity to the company’s procedures and legislative requirements where appropriate. This type of audit, analyses the key elements of the company’s systems and provides a level of depth through investigation, involving document reviews and examination.

- Work Health and Safety “Court Room Scenario” audits: The “court room scenario” audit was developed to challenge company managers and key personnel within the organisation to have an understanding of their responsibilities, the company safety systems and the legal and cost ramifications should an incident occur. This process actively engages the directors, managers and supervisors in a front line mock trial that is relevant to them, the business unit and employees under their care. This “court room scenario” improves the Company Management’s understanding of the legislation, its application, responsibilities at all levels of the organisation and management’s comprehension of their own safety management system.
